Mr Suraj Dhruv Leading business expansion, strategy, and growth across the renewable
energy ecosystem with over a decade of experience working with leading conglomerates,
government enterprises, and high-growth organizations. His expertise spans Solar-Wind
Hybrid Projects, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Green Hydrogen, Open Access Power,
Captive & Group Captive Models, and Renewable Energy Infrastructure development.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with organizations including
Adani Group, Reliance Industries, Gensol Engineering (Matrix Gas & Renewables Ltd.),
Gujarat State Petronet Limited (Government of Gujarat), Prozeal Green Energy Ltd., and
Lubi Group, where he served as Business Head driving strategic growth, market expansion,
and profitability.
He brings a strong track record in P&L management, revenue acceleration, EBITDA
optimization, project finance, financial modelling, bid management, regulatory strategy,
and large-scale renewable energy project development. His experience includes working
closely with SECI, MNRE, DISCOMs, investors, developers, and industrial consumers to
deliver sustainable and commercially viable energy solutions.
With expertise across Solar EPC, Renewable Energy PPAs, Energy Storage, Green
Hydrogen, M&A, Due Diligence, Strategic Partnerships, and International Business
Development, he is passionate about accelerating India's clean energy transition while
creating long-term value for businesses and stakeholders.
He holds a B.Tech degree along with an MBA from Deakin Business School and continue to
focus on building innovative, scalable, and future-ready green energy businesses.
